Uses：

Structure and Characteristics：
- This device is made by two steel roll, formed two uniform spiral channel, two kinds of heat transfer medium can be reverse flow, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect, even small temperature difference between two kinds of media, but also to achieve the desired heat effect.
By cutting the casing to take over the structure, small local resistance, even due to the curvature of the spiral channel type, the fluid flowing in the device is not a large steering, low total resistance, thus improving the design flow rate so that with a higher heat transfer capacity.

Ⅱ, Ⅲ type detachable spiral plate heat exchanger principle structure and can not be demolished heat exchanger is basically the same type Ⅱ two channels can be disassembled to clean, Ⅲ type has a detachable cleaning channel, especially for sticky precipitate hot liquid exchange for a wider scope.
Spiral plate heat exchanger Nominal PN0.6,1.0,1.6,2.5Mpa (mean channel withstand the maximum working pressure). Material can be divided into carbon steel and stainless steel. When a single device can not meet the requirements, with multiple combinations apply. (Parallel combination, the series combination, mixing combinations) the user can choose according to the actual process conditions.
